Dry skin remedies during pregnancy – my skincare routine
So one of the lovely side-effects of pregnancy is dry, dehydrated skin. I have been suffering with this, along with a flaky scalp and chapped lips to boot. It started a few weeks ago, and just got progressively worse. I looked terrible with makeup (foundation has a habit of making things worse), plus I couldn’t wear lipstick for days (first world problems). I’ve tried loading up the moisturiser and lip balm. But I knew I needed something more, so took some skincare SOS action.
Now I’m over the worst of it, I wanted to share my solution. This video divulges my top tips on how I have combat dry skin during my pregnancy. It details the simple (and free) solutions I swear by, as well as the products that have helped me along the way. A must watch for dry skin sufferers – pregnant or not!
Products featured include:
Doll 10 foundation Hydra Fluid Foundation Drops, which I have reviewed here.
Carmex Lip balm
Perfectly Pure Coconut Oil
Manuka Doctor Brightening Oil
Cacay Oil
