Impulse Rock and Love
So I attended the Impulse Rock and Love fragrance launch to sample the new scent. Impulse Rock and Love is kind of like a grown up version of the spray we’ve all used as teens. The amber and orange blossom fragrance is the latest in a long line from the brand. I remember wanting to have all the flavours when I was in school, so this event was a nice trip down memory lane.
The event itself was at a suite in Shoreditch, and on hand was a great stylist and hairdresser ready to give us rock chick looks. I managed to get some big waves and a backcomb, so I could boast Cheryl Fernandez Versini hair for at least a few hours (yes, the curls didn’t last the evening, damn thick hair).

But the real stars of the show were the Lovable Rogues, a band I hadn’t heard of, but who I thought I’d best capture on camera before they make it big. You can check out their cover of Magic’s Marry that Girl, here.
