Learning roots Islamic books – Stories of the Prophets by Zaheer Khatri

As Hannah grows older, it’s the perfect time to introduce stories of our religion. Fortunately, there are some amazing children’s books on the market, that simply didn’t exist when I was growing up.

I’ve reviewed books2door previously, and their Islamic children’s books do not disappoint.

The learning, roots, Islamic books share stories of our prophets in child-friendly language.

The Stories of the prophet five book collection includes:

1. The Story of Eesa

2. The Story of Adam

3. The Story of Nuh

4. The Story of Ibrahim

5. The Story of Musa

you can get the learning routes books and a host of other Islamic books here.

Amazing Muslims Who Changed the World by Burhana Islam

On the subject of books (can you tell I’m a writer??) I was so excited to share this book with both my children.

Growing up, the Muslim community was very represented in literature, let alone featured in stories about amazing accomplishments. However, this book is just that.

The book features people you might know, like Malala Yousafzai, Sir Mo Farah and Muhammad Ali, as well as some you might not. It’s a great way to share with small children and older kids alike.

The most exciting Eid by Zeba Talkhani

Bringing home the magic of Eid is The Most Exciting Eid by Zeba Talkhani. It shares the story of Safa, a little girl who is delighted to celebrate Eid, open presents, and share memories with her, loved ones. Again, it’s amazing to see such representation in books and I’m so glad my little ones get to experience this.
